I got a text with a song in it

Somebody on Reverb chose your number and sent you a song. The link opens a page that plays a 30-second preview in your browser, with buttons to open it in Apple Music or Spotify. You don't need the app or an account, and we don't store your number.

To stop these texts, reply STOP to any of them. Or email us the number and we'll block it from receiving anything from Reverb — to do that we keep a one-way fingerprint of the number, never the number itself.

Signing in

Your account is your phone number: we text you a six-digit code. On iPhone you can also use Sign in with Apple.

Not getting the code? Check the number, wait a minute, and ask for a new one. If it still doesn't arrive, email us.

Why do songs stop after 30 seconds?

Everyone hears 30-second previews. On iPhone, connect an Apple Music subscription and songs play in full. In a web browser, songs are always previews.

Connecting Apple Music or Spotify

On iPhone, go to Settings ▸ Where songs go. On the web, go to Settings ▸ Connected platforms. Once connected, songs you save can land in a playlist in your own library. Reverb only ever adds songs — it never removes anything from your library.

Reporting or blocking someone

On iPhone, every post, comment and profile has Report in its ⋯ menu, and every profile has Block. A report comes to us, and we review every one within 24 hours. Blocked accounts are listed in Settings ▸ Account & privacy ▸ Blocked accounts, where you can undo a block.

Changing your phone number

On iPhone: Settings ▸ Account & privacy ▸ Phone number. On the web: Settings ▸ Phone number.

Deleting your account

You can delete it yourself at any time, in the app or on the web — here's how, and what's deleted.

Is there an Android app?

Not yet. Until there is, Reverb works in any phone or computer browser at reverb2-api.fly.dev.
